1.Management of Personal Information

1. The Company has appointed persons responsible for the management of handling personal information, and these persons manage appropriately while preventing unintentional disclosure outside the Company.
2. The Company employs information security policies including measures preventing illegal access and anti-virus systems to prevent the loss of, damage to and leakage of personal information.
3. The Company educates employees in the proper handling of personal information in order to protect personal information.

2.Acquisition and Use of Personal Information

1. When the Company collects personal information, it does so using open and appropriate methods according to the law. When the Company obtains personal information purposely, it will make clear what the information will be used for directly by document or via the Web page.
